Biography
While working as an International Flight Attendant for American
Airlines, Cathy earned her Master’s in Communications. Upon
completion of her degree, she began working as the Marketing
Director for GVI Consulting, the nation’s leading golf advisory
firm. GVI advises to a national and international clientele in the
areas of financing, building, managing, and operating golf
facilities. GVI also assists with tax appeal and provides litigation
support. Cathy coordinates the company’s advertising and promotional
events, and is very involved in the creation of GVI’s
advertisements, website, and other materials. Another of her
responsibilities is GVI’s Golf Financing & Investment Survey, a
semi-annual publication that she coordinates and publishes.
Cathy also continues to fly internationally for American on a
part-time basis. She has received two Professional Flight Attendant
Awards and enjoys the travel. Prior to beginning her flying career,
she worked in retail management for two leading department store
chains.
Other Information
Cathy and her husband Doug live in Costa Mesa, California and
have a one-year-old daughter.
