Biography
In 1997, she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree with emphasis
in public relations and in 2000 she completed her Master of Arts
degree in communication at Purdue University Calumet. While a
graduate student at Purdue, she also served as a graduate teaching
assistant in the Department of Communication and Creative Arts.
Upon completing her MA, she was accepted into the doctoral program
in Communication, with emphasis in performance and Latino studies,
at Southern Illinois University.
