With Whom Will I Meet?

The CFTC is staffed by a select team of graduate interns training in marriage and family therapy at Purdue University Calumet's Marriage and Family Therapy Program. The MFT Program is a highly intensive, 60 hour Master's program that includes 500 hours of face-to-face contact with clients. The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Graduate interns have degrees in psychology or related fields and are currently gaining an advanced degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. The interns range in age from 24 - 50 years old. Additionally, our graduate interns have undergone an intensive screening process prior to being accepted as a graduate intern. These interns are supervised by Purdue University Calumet's Marriage and Family Therapy Program faculty who are Clinical Members and Approved Supervisors of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
