Off Campus Housing Services
The Office of the Dean of Students compiles and publishes a
listing of
apartment complexes in the area. The listing includes the
name of the complex, contact phone number, location of complex,
leasing options, security deposit amount, type of apartments
(Studio, 1 Bed/1 Bath, 2 Bed/ 1 Bath, etc.), and monthly rent.
Please keep in mind that all pricing information is subject to
change. Lease agreements are solely between the resident and
the leasing agent.
Purdue University Calumet has an agreement with The Mansards
Apartments which provides the following Lease Agreements:
- Contract is between the resident and The Mansards
Apartments. Purdue University Calumet is not a responsible
agent in any lease agreement between the resident and The
Mansards Apartments.
- Specific to international students: PUC shall provide
names to The Mansards Apartments, and by doing so, The Mansards
Apartments agrees to enter into lease agreements with the
international students without requiring a Social Security
Number.
- PUC is not accountable or liable for any action or incident
caused by any resident.
- All lease agreements may be extended month to month with one
week notification to The Mansards Apartments prior to the
termination date of the agreement.
- The Mansards Apartments shall place PUC residents in the
same building(s) or as close to as possible.
