Purpose Statement: The purpose of Administrative Services Leadership System is to ensure the long-term viability of the organization.

Description: Administrative Services Leadership System is a collection of independent tasks based on customer, employee, and stakeholder input that establishes the vision, goals and strategies for the organization. These independent tasks also focus on rewarding, recognizing, and energizing human resources, developing future leaders, and assessing and continuously improving all aspects of our existence.
