Opportunity Program: ("O-Program")

Rationale: Every entrepreneur/investor is always on the lookout for "opportunities" all the time. The reasons for wanting to identify opportunities may be different for each person. However, few, if any, of them actually know that there IS a systematic way of identifying and exploring business opportunities. Currently there does not seem to be any formal options available for Entrepreneurs & Investors to enhance and systematize their search for new business opportunities.

Target Market: Experienced Business-Owners/Entrepreneurs/Investors who are seriously on the lookout for newer business opportunities, have the necessary willingness and resources available, but are not equipped to properly and systematically explore, identify and pursue economic opportunities.

Objectives: To provide an in-depth hands-on experience in actually identifying economic/business opportunities that they may then consider pursuing seriously.

Expected Outcomes: By the end of the program, each participant will have developed a thorough and detailed confidential "opportunity Notebook." This "ON" will be ready for quick conversion into a real Business Plan, if it is decided to further pursue the identified opportunity.

Outline: This is NOT a training program; it is designed to be a 4-month WORKSHOP environment with participants identifying and working on their own ideas. Each participant will work with assigned personal advisors/consultants and they will also be provided with a Manual/Workbook to use as a reference guide. Individual progress will be facilitated/monitored by the respective consultants and during periodic group meetings. Confidentiality is guaranteed.
