"Sounding Board"
for Business Owners & Managers
The Sounding Board is a free public-service offering, based on the spirit of volunteerism. Over 50 successful Business-Owners and professionals have kindly volunteered to share their time and wisdom.
The Sounding Board provides an opportunity for business owners/managers to discuss their business issues and problems with other business owners and professionals. The idea is to use the experienced volunteers as 'sounding boards' in a very confidential environment to resolve challenges confronting them in their business.
Business owners/managers are always confronted with issues and problems that they need to resolve on a day-to-day basis. However, most of their problems are not such that can be discussed with employees or with customers. These issues can be understood best by those who have 'been there and done that' as business owners themselves. This is the strength of this new program; the name "Sounding Board" is also derived from this fact.
This unique opportunity will be available every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. All Meetings are held at the new Entrepreneurship Center located at 1247-169th Street in Hammond, IN. Reservations are recommended but walk-ins will also be entertained. To make reservations, please call the Entrepreneurship Center at 219-989-2100 local or (877) 974-2100 toll free.
The following is a list of some of our honored volunteer Business-Owners and professionals. We salute them for their true American spirit of caring and sharing.
