Admission Requirements:
Entrants to this certificate program should have the knowledge and training in the following areas:

  • Basic math skills in Algebra and Trigonometry
  • Semiconductor Electronics
  • Devices and circuits
  • Single phase and three phase electrical circuits

Note: In case of background deficiency, entrants to this certificate will be directed to take appropriate remedial courses.

(4) ECET 209 Introduction to Microcontrollers
(4) ECET 212 Electrical Power and Machinery
(3) ECET 262 Programmable Logic Controllers
(4) ECET 312 Power Electronics
