Fall 2009 Payment Deadline: Friday, August 7, 2009 - 4:30 p.m.

Payment in full or payment arrangements such as a Financial Aid Deferment must be completed prior to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2009 in order for your enrollment to be confirmed. Enrollments not confirmed may be cancelled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2009.

New for 2009-2010

We're Going Green!

As Kermit the Frog says “It’s not easy being Green”, but we’re sure going to try. No paper award notifications will be mailed to students for 2009-2010. Students will instead be sent a message to their Purdue Calumet e-mail and to their personal e-mail (as provided on their FASFA) when their awards are available for them to review/accept/decline via PCSTAR.

Verification for 2009-2010 (Request for Information from Students)

The request for information and/or documents from students to complete their financial aid file for 2009-2010 will continue daily. The priority deadline for receipt of requested information and/or documentation from students is July 1, 2009 for the fall semester. While letters are sent to students as part of the Verification process we encourage students to check PCSTAR on a regular basis to monitor their financial aid status.

Refund Checks to be issued prior to the start of classes!

The University will begin issuing financial aid refunds to students prior to the start of classes for the semester. Refunds are issued to students who have refundable aid remaining after payment of their tuition and fees. These refunds will be issued via the mail (paper check) or E-refunding (ACH)*. As a result of this change separate book checks will no longer be issued.
