Dugan is a Biology Major transferring from Moraine Valley Community College, Ill. Last season, Dugan was a SkyWay All Conference First Team player. She averaged 12.5 points per game leading her team, and grabbed four rebounds and dished out 2.5 assists per game last season. Prior to playing at Moraine, Dugan spent one season with St. Xavier University in the Chicagoland Athletic Collegiate Conference.
