SCHOLARSHIP PROBATION
Students failing to maintain at least a 3.5 GPA at the end of a fall semester will be placed on scholarship probation for the ensuing spring semester. Students failing to maintain at least a 3.5 GPA, or failing to meet any other requirements, at the end of a spring semester will be placed on scholarship probation for the ensuing fall semester. Scholarship money will not be awarded during the semester on probation. In order to renew the scholarship status, all requirements including elevation of GPA to at least 3.5 must be satisfied by the end of the ensuing semester. A second probation at any point will result in permanent forfeiture of the Honors Scholarship. Being on scholarship probation does not prevent the student from continuing in the Honors Program and completing it. However, the student must meet the minimum guidelines of remaining in the Honors Program. |
