Biography

An Associate Professor of HTM, Professor Farley came to Purdue Calumet in 1988. She earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Foods and Nutrition from Clarke College, a Master of Health Science from Governor's State University and a Master's of Business Administration degree from Indiana University Northwest. She completed a Dietetic Traineeship at New Castle Hospital and is a registered dietitian. Her areas of teaching specialization are quantity food production, club management, tourism and marketing. Her research areas are club management structures and resources.
