Biography

An Associate Professor of HTM, Professor Vorwald has been on faculty at Purdue Calumet since 1987. He earned a Baccalaureate Degree and Master of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University, a certificate in School Administration from Purdue University and a Master's in Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest. Professor Vorwald's areas of teaching specialization are convention and hotel management, theater and beverage management, computers and cost management. His research area is integrating disabled employees into the work force.
