Biography
An Associate Professor of HTM, Professor West has been on faculty at Purdue since 1987. She earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Institutional Management from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Master of Science Degree in Food Service Administration from Michigan State University. She completed a Dietetic Internship Technical Degree program at the University of Chicago Hospital and Clinics and is a registered dietitian. Professor West's areas of teaching specialization are dietetic education,foods and nutrition, and food service management. Her research area is food's laboratory instructional design.
