Bribery

Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary defines bribery as “the act or practice of giving or taking bribes; the act of influencing the official or political action of another by corrupt inducements.” This includes the offering, giving, or taking of any consideration in order to gain illegitimate advantage not otherwise earned by the student.
