September 28, 2005. 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Book discussion of Big Fish. Kathryn Carpenter, Library Director, discussion leader. At the Library.

October 10, 2005. 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. "Face to Face with Daniel Wallace" at The Center. Students - college, high school, and middle school - can listen to the author describe how he became a writer, ask questions of him, and have him autograph books.

October 10, 2005. 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. "An Evening with Daniel Wallace." Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza, 165 at US30, Merrillville, Ind. The Big Fish author will read from his novel, field questions from the audience, and sign books. Program features scholarly comments by Maureen Marthaler, Assistant Professor of Nursing. October 26, 2005. 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. "From Page to Stage: Scenes from Big Fish." Performance by Morning Bishop Theatre, with discussion facilitated by McKenya Dilworth, professional theater practitioner. At Student Union and Library, Founders Study.
