netLibrary

Welcome to netLibrary, the online library of electronic books!

netLibrary offers two collections, the Public Collection and the Library Collection.

The Public Collection is an extensive collection (ca. 4000 titles) of public domain eBooks, which have been enhanced to integrate them into the netLibrary collections and to facilitate better online searching and reading.

The Library Collection contains recent eBook titles that the Purdue Calumet Library has selected and purchased to make available for borrowing by our patrons. eBooks in the Library Collection come complete with illustrations and photos.

Anyone may look at and use the Public Collections for an unlimited time, or one of the titles in the Library Collection for a few minutes (much like browsing the shelves in a Library). While you are browsing, no one else may access the title (just as if you were holding the book and reading it).

To check out an eBook in the Library Collection, you need to create a user account. This account MUST BE CREATED on a PC located on the Calumet Campus (within the Calumet IP address range) so that you will be recognized as a Purdue Calumet Library patron. Click here to create an account.

After you've created your account (remember your login and password!), you may access the netLibrary collections from any PC in the world. Just click on the netLibrary logo and get started!
