Local artist and writer featured in exhibit through Feb. 27
An exhibit by local artist and writer Meg Grandfield Renslow is now featured in the Purdue University Calumet Library Art Gallery, through Feb. 27.
Renslow states that when she writes, she illustrates her ideas to express them better and when she paints or draws, her words emerge. A copy of her new children's book is featured, along with pastel illustrations. Also featured are paintings depicting Greece and Vermont.
Admission is free.
Purdue Calumet's Library Art Gallery is located on the second floor of the Student Union & Library. It is open to the public free from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday-Thursday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday; and 1 to 4 p.m., Sunday.
