Youth, adults invited to young entrepreneurs event Thursday (11/29)
Purdue University Calumet’s Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization is partnering with FyeBye Magazine to host a celebratory event of the magazine’s one-year anniversary Thursday (11/29) at 6:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall of the University’s Student Union & Library.
FyeBye, an acronym representing For Young Entrepreneurs...By Young Entrepreneurs, is believed to be one of the nation’s first business magazines for youth. The magazine strives to encourage youth to use their entrepreneurship abilities, knowledge and hobbies to improve the quality of life around them.
“We are proud to partner with the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization of Purdue University Calumet as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of our signature publication,” Brandon L. Griffin, BLG Publishing president and publisher, said. “This event is open to the public, and we hope youth and adults will come to see what we have in store for the upcoming year, and what youth entrepreneurship is all about.”
