Purdue University Calumet info session to be held in Lisle Saturday, 1/26
High school students, parents and other college-bound individuals are invited to an information session to learn more about obtaining a Purdue University education at Purdue University Calumet in nearby Hammond, Ind., Saturday, Jan. 26, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Hyatt Lisle.
Those who attend will have an opportunity to meet with Purdue Calumet admissions representatives and faculty. Attendees also can learn about the university’s 100+ undergraduate and graduate degree programs, scholarships and other financial aid options, career services, student activities, apartment-like campus housing and a distinctive experiential learning program that integrates traditional learning with applied learning in a work-related environment.
Part of the Purdue University system, Purdue Calumet has an enrollment of more than 9,600 students. Its Hammond campus is located three miles east of the Illinois/Indiana state line, 30 miles southeast of downtown Chicago and less than 50 miles southeast of Naperville. Its 16-building, neighborhood campus is easily accessible off Interstate 80/94.
The Hyatt Lisle is located near I-88 & Rte. 53 at 1400 Corporetum Drive.
