Financial planning seminar is Thursday (2/21)

A financial planning seminar for recent and prospective college/university graduates will be held Thursday (2/21) at 6 p.m. at The Calumet Conference Center of Purdue University Calumet.

The seminar will focus on such topics as paying off student loans and other debts, renting vs. owning a home, refinancing a home, credit card pitfalls, life insurance, financial planning and investing, purchasing vs. leasing a car, gifts to not-for-profits, planning to return to school and planning for retirement.

The seminar is sponsored by the Purdue Alumni Association-Calumet and School of Management.
