Open house for new master’s degree in technology is Wednesday (5/7)
Individuals interested in learning more about Purdue University Calumet’s new Master of Science degree in Technology are invited to attend an open house on campus Wednesday (5/7) between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
During the open house—scheduled in the Student Union & Library’s Room with a View—attendees can gain a greater understanding about the program, which is being introduced next fall.
The program combines cutting edge technical knowledge with management/supervisory expertise. It is designed for professionals who have a strong technical background, but desire to build their management or supervisory skills, as well as those who have a strong management background and want to increase their technical knowledge.
The 33-credit hour program is flexible and interdisciplinary in nature, offering customized study in various technology disciplines including: computer graphics technology, computer information technology, construction management and engineering technologies, electrical and computer engineering technology, industrial engineering technology, mechanical engineering technology, and organizational leadership and supervision.
A brief presentation will take place at 5:30 p.m. Faculty members will be present. Light refreshments will be served.
