Seating is limited for new business development plan course, beginning 9/17
Seating is limited for a non-credit class, beginning Sept. 17 and designed to help prospective business owners develop a business plan for success.
Offered through Purdue University Calumet’s Center for Entrepreneurship Success, the class will be led by Dushan Nikolovski, entrepreneur and center director. Class sessions are scheduled Wednesdays through Oct. 29, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The class is limited to 15 individuals.
“Having a thoughtful, business plan is the first step in establishing a successful business,” Nikolovski said. “This class will cover every aspect of developing a successful business plan, including how to get money for your new company.”
All attendees will benefit from the expertise of professional business plan consultants, financial reviews by banking experts, Q&A with local entrepreneurs, and one-on-one consultation, as well as written materials and computer software.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The enrollment fee is $399. Individuals wanting to register or obtain additional information should phone 219/989-2100.
“If you are going to risk your hard earned personal assets and savings, you should reduce your risk as much as possible by learning everything about the business you have chosen to pursue,” Nikolovski said.
