Limited seating for ‘Legal Business Structure Class,’ beginning 10/23
Purdue University Calumet’s Center for Entrepreneurship Success is offering a course, beginning Thursday, Oct. 23, that focuses on various legal issues of starting or operating a small business.
The course will cover topics such as intellectual property law, employment law, tax implications, liability and vulnerability to lawsuits. Written materials will be provided and individual questions answered.
Angela Crossin, an attorney and lecturer at Purdue Calumet, will be the instructor of this non-credit course. Class sessions are scheduled Thursdays through Nov. 13, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The class is limited to 15 individuals.
