*If you are taking NCLEX in the state on Indiana, the School of Nursing will fill out and send in your certificate of completion. You must receive your picture signed by the Dean before sending in your state application. They will be available in the nursing office approximately 2 weeks after graduation.
*If you are taking NCLEX in the state of Illinois, you must fill out and send in your certificate of completion. You must receive your picture signed by the Dean before sending in your state application. They will be available in the nursing office approximately 2 weeks after graduation.
