Will my child have to change rooms?
No. We enroll children ages 3 to 5 in a multi-age group setting. Once children are assigned a classroom they stay in the same classroom with the same teachers until they leave the program. Room changes are only made upon parent request. *Children may move into our kindergarten program from either preschool room when they meet the state’s age requirement for kindergarten entry. We provide “wrap around” care for kindergarten children.
Is the outdoor play area safe for my child?
The playground and bike track are fenced in. Teachers have keys to open the gates as needed. The playground is inspected by a state licensing consultant on a regular basis. Teachers conduct playground checks periodically to ensure all equipment is safe and in good repair. Staff: child ratios are the same indoors and outdoors.
Will my child have to share a cubbie space?
No. Each child has an individual cubbie for his or her belongings. There are separate cubbies for nap time items, coats, and work to take home.
