Employer Resources - Welcome to the Student Employment Program
All students eligible for on-campus employment at Purdue University Calumet
meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in the current semester
- Work fewer than 27 hours per week while school is in session
- Apply for and be hired for a student wage position
- Complete Student Employment Work Rules and other employment
forms with your department supervisor
Submit New and Update Existing Jobs Online in CareerTrax
You may submit your new job descriptions and update existing jobs
on the new CareerTrax system. Supervisors now have more powerful
access to manage job opportunities available to students.
Supervisors have immediate access to the jobs they post in the
system and the ability to view student resumes online. If you are
a supervisor with access to CareerTrax or a new user wishing to self-register

Supervisor Newsletter
The "Supervisor Chat" is now available in Adobe .pdf format for download at the
beginning of each new semester. This newsletter connects supervisors with
information about important upcoming dates, workshop descriptions, and helpful
strategies for enhancing the student employment experience.
