  • Flipcharts and easels with pads and markers
  • Portable whiteboards with markers
  • Video camera and tripod (based on availability)
  • Laser printer (based on availability)
  • Background music available in Rooms 134, 135, 136, 137 and Gallery

  • Multiple microphones
  • Multi-media cart connection to house sound
  • Video, digital materials for use in video camera
  • Audiovisual services requiring AV technician for equipment set up
  • Audiovisual services requiring on-site AV technician throughout entire event
  • Rental of specialty audiovisual equipment, such as digital sound or video recording.
