• Writing Tutorial Lab Tutors will work to respond to your draft or question within 24 hours (not including holidays or weekends).
• Please provide all of the information requested.
• Once we receive your draft or question, a Tutor will spend 30 minutes in reading and responding, just like they would in a face-to-face tutorial session.
• Please send only one question or draft at a time. If you send more, the Tutor will simply accomplish as much as possible within thirty minutes.
• The WTL cannot guarantee swift responses to requests that do not follow these guidelines.
